Pleno Project Manager * (vaga a ser encerrada)

We are searching for someone who is in love with challenges related to project management and to keep Maxxi’s projects updated. Here you will have the opportunity to participate in all life cycles of the projects on a global team. We want a hands-on person who understands that the client’s success is ours.

• Make sure that all projects are delivered on time and inside the scope.
• Report the project and its following development to the stakeholders.
• Help remove blockages found by the team during the project.
• Create a project plan with details to control progress.
• To use adequate verification techniques to manage scope changes, schedule, and project costs.
• Measure the project’s performance using systems, tools, and adequate techniques.
• To manage the client’s relationship with all interested parties.
• Risk management to minimize the project’s risks.
• To create and maintain the documentation of the project.

• Advanced/fluent English (conversation).
• Experience with business project management.
• Solid knowledge and experience of project management.
• Knowledge in Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc).
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, remote and multicultural. 
• Ability to negotiate and manage providers.
• Knowledge in MS Project and Microsoft Office.

Desirable:

• Spanish (basic, intermediate, advanced or fluent).
• Certification in project management (PMP, SAFe, Prince 2, agile in general).
